Debashis is a finance professional with 25+ years of experience in asset management and banking space. Prior to Infomatics, Debashis has held leadership roles at esteemed financial institutions of India. He currently leads business and strategic initiatives at Infomatics. As a result of his in-depth knowledge of financial markets, capital markets, marketplaces and products, Debashis drives business and strategic initiatives at Infomatics.
Brij Mohandas
Brij has been providing technology-driven products, solutions and services to banks and financial institutions for over 30 years. His focus has been on developing and driving digital products to the market.
Rajgopal Mookassat
Rajgopal has been instrumental in transforming Infomatics into a digital business, with profit centers in all its business verticals. He is a finance expert with decades of experience in mission-critical solutions.
Our Leadership
Praveen Bhatt
Praveen is a battle hard finance professional who has weathered changing regulations, takeovers, mergers, starting up subsidiaries, departments in the asset management and banking space. Prior to Infomatics, Praveen has held leadership roles at Axis Bank, Axis Mutual Fund, Standard Chartered Bank and Zurich Investments.
Shaji Perincheri
Shaji is a seasoned Banking and Capital Markets professional with almost 30 years of experience . He has served in middle and senior management roles in different organisations. He brings in domain knowledge, customer service expertise, strategic thinking and decision-making skills. Shaji is a global people leader who excels at setting up and organising teams, implementing process improvements, and delivering projects. He is highly regarded for his transparent and clear communication, leadership, people management & mentoring, project management skills as well as his ability to drive change and transformation. Shaji joins us from BNY Mellon | Pershing, India, where he was Director - Operations. He has also worked at Standard Chartered as Vice President - Operations and as Head - Branch services and Operations for IDFC Mutual Fund.

Milind is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in the finance industry, specialising in Mutual Funds and Banking. Milind has expertise in customer-centricity, service automation, process optimisation, data analysis and crisis management. Milind has held various senior positions in reputed companies such as Axis Asset Management, IDFC Asset Management, Standard Chartered Asset Management and ANZ Grindlays Bank.
